3. Design Consultation
Free design consultations are offered as a courtesy service. While our designers make every effort to provide accurate and helpful guidance, final tile selection, quantity calculations, and installation decisions are the responsibility of the customer and their contractor. Discount Tile Outlet is not liable for installation outcomes.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange policies are available in-store. Please retain your receipt and contact us at (425) 654-4144 within 30 days of purchase to discuss return eligibility. Special orders and cut tile are generally non-returnable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Discount Tile Outlet's liability is limited to the purchase price of products sold. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.
